🌅 6:30 AM – Sunrise Walk or Yoga at Karura Forest

  • Begin with a guided forest walk or sunrise yoga session inside Karura Forest

  • Trails include scenic waterfalls, bamboo groves, and butterfly gardens

  • Optional: Morning journaling at the Mau Mau caves clearing

🍃 8:30 AM – Forest Breakfast / Wellness Brunch at River Café

  • Enjoy a serene, open-air brunch at River Café, nestled inside Karura

  • Menu includes: smoothies, organic eggs, granola bowls, herbal teas

  • Meet fellow wellness seekers or quietly read with birdsong in the background


🧘‍♂️ 10:30 AM – Massage or Mindfulness Treatment

Choose your path:\nOption A – Kaya Spa (Loresho)**

  • Tranquil garden spa known for holistic African therapies

  • Aromatherapy massage or deep tissue, followed by herbal tea on the patio

Option B – Spa at Villa Rosa Kempinski (Westlands)**

  • Luxurious treatment in a serene rooftop setting

  • Combine with steam room and peaceful nap in relaxation suite


🥗 1:00 PM – Light Lunch or Fresh Juice Stop (Optional)

  • Stop for a light salad or juice cleanse at Wasp & Sprout (Loresho)

  • Creative, cozy café full of local art and handmade furniture

  • Optional visit to their fair-trade home décor showroom


🌿 3:00 PM – Nature Reset at Oloolua Nature Trail OR Sunset at Ngong Hills

Option A – Oloolua Forest (Karen)

  • Short hike to the waterfall, bamboo grove, and cave trail

  • Meditate by the river or sketch/journal in the quiet picnic zone

  • Listen to colobus monkeys and forest birds

Option B – Sunset at Ngong Hills Viewpoint

  • 4:30 PM transfer to Ngong Hills (30 mins from Karen)

  • Gentle walk to sunset ridge, overlooking the Rift Valley and windmills

  • Grounding session: barefoot walking, gratitude journaling, or quiet conversation

  • Hot spiced tea served at the top (weather-permitting)


🌌 6:30 PM – Return Transfer to Hotel / Airbnb
